St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust consists of 7 primary schools and 1 secondary school (11 – 19) across the city of Hull.  Hull Collaborative Academy Trust consists of 14 primary schools and 1 secondary school in Hull and East Riding.  We are looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and qualified Facilities Manager.

The successful applicant will work across all schools in both Trusts and manage the site team workforce within all areas of capital development, commercial lettings, legacy and life-cycle maintenance, cleanliness, health and safety and security.  This role is responsible for implementing effective planning, monitoring and reporting systems across both Trusts and will report to the Senior Estates Manager.  The role will oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring best value is achieved for the Trusts.  The successful applicant will ideally hold a recognised Health and Safety qualification and also have experience of managing and reporting on budgets and site compliance.  They will have the ability to work from their own initiative for effective day to day management of the Trust sites and work closely with the Academy Heads and School Business Managers.
