An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Onsite Sourcing Specialist to join a leading Talent Management business, and work onsite with a household name brand in the Media space.

The Talent Management business is a fast-growing, ambitious, and truly innovative player in the market. They are currently partnering with one of the biggest brands in the Media/Broadcast space to deliver Talent across a number of key business areas.

This Onsite Sourcing Specialist position will be based in their state-of-the-art Campus in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Working as part of the onsite team, the Onsite Sourcing Specialist will pro-actively source for permanent roles across Finance, HR, Tech, Digital, and Content.

Applicants for this opportunity must have Recruitment experience, but we are open to candidates from agency, internal, or RPO backgrounds. Applicants for the Onsite Sourcing Specialist opportunity should be adept at Boolean searching, mining job boards, and have used at least one CRM/ATS system.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Confident with Boolean searching
• Experienced with using a variety of search tools such as advertising, LinkedIn recruiter, CV searching, social media, referrals and CRM systems/databases to source active and passive candidates
• Confident with CV and telephone screening
• Comfortable with conveying a client's EVP to an applicant
• Able to work well in a team
• Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
• Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo would be advantageous but not essential as you will receive full training

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Attending face to face role briefings with the hiring managers (with your team lead) to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the vacancies
• Proactively sourcing for permanent roles across areas such as Finance, HR, Technology, Digital and Content
• Engaging with active and passive candidates, conveying the client's EVP and promoting them as an employer of choice
• Ensuring an excellent candidate journey during the application and recruitment process
• Lead face to face, telephone or Skype interviews with candidates using competency based questions
• Create an understanding of candidates' career goals and key drivers for their next role.
• Able to confidently take a candidate reference when required.
