Salary range £50K to £55K plus potential share option

Based in Cambridgeshire, EPM is an established and highly successful organisation, providing specialist HR and Payroll services to the education sector. Employing almost 170 people, EPM are regarded as the most experienced and knowledgeable provider of these services, with over 1,300 education sector customers.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business which has recently been acquired by the Citation Group. Working closely with the Group finance team, the Head of Finance will provide the EPM Board with sound financial advice and support to a growing and ever-evolving business.

The Head of Finance will be required to manage a range of responsibilities, including:

• driving all reporting processes, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial information (e.g. monthly and annual accounts, annual budgeting and forecasting, cash forecasting and management, and any required bank and investor information).
• supporting the business in its drive for profitable growth by providing ongoing business analysis and commercial support with strategic projects.

This is a broad, all-encompassing finance position, which offers a fantastic opportunity for future progression into a FD position.
