To keep pace with this growth, the company wants a Senior Sales Administrator to join their team. An admin guru who will work across sales and finance departments - someone who will follow processes and make sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed!

What will you be doing?

- Communicating with clients to track progress on their jobs
- Raising purchase orders, producing customer invoices and other finance related administration
- Inputting supplier invoices, invoice and delivery note reconciliation
- Analysing data to produce various reports
- Producing works instructions - full training will be provided
- Producing estimates for client projects - full training will be provided

We imagine that you will …..
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a determination to find a solution to just about any challenge
- Be amazing with MS Word and Excel (Sage Knowledge would be helpful)
- Have first class organisational skills, be able to prioritise and work without supervision
- Have a customer focused attitude and very high standards
- Have excellent English and Maths GCSE results (or above)
