Support Manager LD

We are looking for a brand new support manager to join a well established company that supports adults with learning disabilities.

This company is fun and vibrant and is rated "Good" by CQC, we need someone who is going to take this service to the next level and make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible.

The main aim though would be to make sure all service users and residents are living there best lives. You will run two main services, one for permanent residents and another for rest bite where residents will stay for 6-12 months.

You must train all your staff and you will line manage 3 seniors/team leaders who you will inspire and motivate! It will be the team leader's role to pass this on to create an inspiring and positive environment!

This is a full time role at 37 hours - you must have had previous management experience working with LD, Challenging behaviour or complex needs. You must also hold a drivers license and your QCF LEVEL 5! Please do not apply if you do not have these things.
