Our Information Technology team are working towards us becoming a World Class Organisation, ensuring BHF staff have the skills and knowledge to use our central systems and help us continue in our fight for every heartbeat allowing us to revolutionise our work and treatments available.

About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join us as a new IT Trainer to help grow with the BHF's Information Technology Training team and form part of a customer facing team delivering world class IT Training.

You'll work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BHF staff by training and assisting them to use technology more effectively, focusing primarily on applications used by our staff and specifically the Microsoft Office 365 software set before looking to expand into training for other new technologies.

About you

The successful candidate will have certified knowledge of products including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft SharePoint, Yammer and Skype for Business.

With proven experience delivering engaging presentations you will be confident at developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business. You'll have excellent communication skills and be experienced at training and mentoring non-technical staff in a variety of formats including classroom, workshop, 1:1 and webinars.

You'll have an open and approachable training style, able to use your initiative and be experienced at developing and adapting course programmes and schemes of work to suit your audience. No two days will be the same as you'll work to inspire and lead others to achieve results and ensure our workforce have the skills and knowledge to use key systems and programmes easily and confidently.

Based at our head office in Mornington Crescent, easy walking distance of Euston and Kings Cross St Pancras stations this role will travel to other BHF sites as required.
