We have a new permanent job opportunity available working in the ever-growing automotive industry! This would be based with our clients Customer Service Department as an Internet Sales Advisor. You will be working in a purpose built office on the outskirts of Chelmsford City centre. In this role you will provide a first class customer experience promoting their customers for life policy and advising of upgrades that are available to them. You will be making outbound telephone calls to previous customers to ascertain their needs, and offer them improved models to and advise of the differences. The most successful way you will achieve this is by building relationships over the telephone with each customer you talk to and then discussing offers and promotions with them. You will also be required to book appointments for the customer to visit the show room to receive a first class face to face service.

For this role, you will be rewarded with a guaranteed basic salary of £15`600, which increases to £16`000 after your six month probation period. On top of this, you will earn commission which is realistic to earn £22`450 in your first year. The company also offers ad hoc incentives and benefits such as 22 days holiday in addition to 8 bank holidays a year, pension, child care vouchers, employee discounts and a great work environment.

For the Internet Sales Advisor role, you will work around forty hours every week on a shift pattern of either Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday. This will be done on a shift basis and they are open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm and 8:30am to 5:30pm on Saturdays whilst Sundays are 10:00am to 4:00pm. Your shift patterns will change for both times and days, however you will be required to work both weekend days every week, with 2 days off during the week. Your shifts could range from 8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm on a well organised, planned rota.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will need to be customer orientated, with an excellent telephone manner and experience of talking to customers over the telephone. You will be able to build a rapport with customers quickly to ensure satisfaction targets are met. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, but this is not essential.
