The West Midlands Learning Campus (Rowden House School and Winslow Court) is a residential setting for children and adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.

We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment, along with the tools needed to enable our residents to reach their academic potential while also focusing on teaching life skills that will support them throughout their life.

We offer exceptional training with good internal progression opportunities and would like to hear from candidates with experience in this sector, or those wanting a career change to Health and Social Care. All staff must be flexible and willing to work shifts that include evenings and weekends.
