Development Analyst - London Propco

Development Analyst required for a privately-owned property company in London.

Our client is an established player in large-scale regeneration and development schemes and holds an impressive but growing portfolio of regional assets backed by a well-known Pan-European funding partner. They now have an exciting newly created role supporting deal sourcing, due diligence, cashflow modelling, investor relations, asset management, operations, marketing and reporting functions as they look to deploy c. GBP40m over the next 12 months.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of areas as one would expect from a boutique propco and will work directly under some extremely experienced individuals including a senior management team from a Top 5 US private equity firm. This team is likely to grow substantially over the next year offering the successful candidate fantastic prospects to grow and develop with the firm.

Requirements

You are a highly numerical, switched on individual with around 6 - 18 months' commercial property experience in a propco, private equity firm, fund, bank, consultancy or corporate finance setting. You will be adept at modelling cashflows in Excel and will ideally have a 1:1 from a red brick university. MRICS is desirable but not essential for this role. Above all, you will have an explicit desire to work in development and the forward-thinking personality to drive business forward as our client expands.
