Are you a Senior Cost Manager looking for something challenging, different and incredibly rewarding?

Our client is an international property developer with presence across the globe and they have just landed their first scheme and its BIG!

The requirement is for a experienced Senior Cost Manager to take ownership of the commercial element for this particular development. In order to hit the ground running you should have London centric experience within large scale, residential led, mixed use, private developments - think GBP200 million+

Due to nature of this development, you will have a background in Consultancy or working directly for a well known Developer and have a demonstrable track record in delivery of Pre-Contract as well as Post Contract mixed use, residential and commercial developments in or around London.

They will be hiring you not just for your technical experience, but for your knowledge and wisdom on how to navigate the landscape in London. In return, not only will you be financially looked after, they will value your input and will be progressive in nature, as they will rely on your opinion on what needs to be done to move forward and be successful.

With a large development in motion, and many others in the pipeline, there is an exciting future that lays ahead with the company, and we will be able to share with you more insight into the company due to previous dealings with them internationally.

This would suit someone who has just finished a major development or has extensive experience in large scale schemes.
