Leading on all day-to-day recruitment activities, you will a key member of our team on strategic campaigns and cross-organisation projects. With a diversity of roles from Archaeologists to Photographers, from Scrum Masters to Facilities Assistants, you will enjoy the challenge of finding innovative resourcing approaches. You will be naturally curious and seek to discover new approaches to enable us to have a more diverse workforce ready for the future.

Joining our newly created team you will take a lead role across all areas of recruitment and assessment working closely with your HR colleagues and recruiting managers. Through your consultative approach you will develop recruitment marketing campaigns, including writing adverts, developing online and social media content along with working with our external recruiting partner to deliver bespoke campaigns. You will also ensure that our assessments tools are kept relevant, through reviewing existing options and developing new approaches.

The experience of our candidates will be a key measure of your success, working collaboratively with managers you will support candidates through the full recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle.

You will have a desire to learn and develop your career within resourcing. You'll enjoy writing and developing content for adverts, assessments, online content and social media posts. A background in recruitment attraction and assessment would be ideal, but not essential, it is critical that you have experience building relationships with stakeholders through open conversations. This experience may come from a coordination role within marketing, as a PA or within a HR team or recruitment consultancy. Naturally curious, you'll see opportunity within ambiguity and have the organisational skills to put in place processes to enable you to have the resilience to deal with uncertainty.
