The Technical Engineering Curriculum Manager will manage a team of lecturers and assessors/instructors within the areas of Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication and Welding and Electrical Installation.
The post holder will ensure that delivery of Study Programmes and Apprenticeships at level 2 and level 3 is to the standard required by awarding bodies such as EAL and C&G. The post holder will be responsible for curriculum planning, timetabling, and IQA within this curriculum area The post holder will have a teaching commitment within the Mechanical Engineering area, and will need to have competence in machine shop skills such as bench fitting, turning, milling, CNC and CAD.
