Our client is a fast growing provider of specialist treatment equipment to hospitals and are based in Lovely offices in Sough. The team are all really sharp, ambitious and determined people that also like to enjoy the work they do.
They are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their company due to excellent growth over the last few years.

Role Overview
? Responsible for Purchase Ledger - review, verify and process supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements, look into and resolve invoice discrepancies and other issues
? Responsible for Credit Control - produce weekly debtors reports, email statements to customers, post customer payments, contact customers by phone and/or email to request payment of overdue invoices
? Record all incoming and outgoing bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts
? Provide support to the Finance Manager on ad hoc basis ? Assist with month end closing
? Liaise with the Customer Service team and with customers to resolve queries around outstanding invoices
Preferred skill-set
? Accounting experience in a similar role with system input
? Familiarity with an accounting software, ideally NetSuite, and the Microsoft applications,mainly Excel and Outlook
? Comfortable to deal with transactions in other currencies
? Attention to detail and competent numeracy
? Organised and with a good sense of prioritising
? Act proactively and respect deadlines
? Inquisitive nature and good professional judgement
? Able to work with minimal supervision
