Job Overview Financial Controller for Brasenose College, Oxford. Based in Central Oxford, the college is one of Oxfords oldest. Prestigious and over flowing with history. Starting Salary: GBP35-38K 18% Employers Pension Contribution 30 days Holiday + 8 bank Holidays + 5 days Xmas to New Year. Responsibilities Supervise the 'day to day' finance operations. Support the College Accountant ( DoF) . Responsible for the month end close, production of the monthly management accounts. Line manage the finance team. Support the College Accountant in the preparation of Consolidated financial accounts. Completion of Vat returns in the complex partially exempt university environment. Qualifications/experience required ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Qualified. University or charity background would be beneficial. What's on offer? GBP35,000-GBP38,000, starting salary. 35 days holiday Plus 8 bank holidays. 18% Employers Pension contribution.
