We're looking for smart, savvy people to join our Store and Lounge network. It's our job to attract and look after customers - through good communications and great conversations. If that sounds like your cup of tea, we'll make you one.

Always on hand to answer a question or provide support, one thing is certain - YOU are responsible for delivering an incredible customer experience. It's in your gift to help make our customers love us. We've got your back and will make sure you've got all the tools to deliver a service that's second to none. We'll also develop your skills along the way.

We're not after robots. We're after individuals. We don't have a mould you need to fit. We need interesting people who are interested in people. That's it. You'll be equally at ease assisting a customer with a banking transaction as you are at promoting one of our brilliant products. Whether you're discussing a quote or hosting a community event in one of our meeting rooms, you'll meet every customer and have a brilliant conversation the minute they walk through the door.

So if you're hungry to learn, keen to develop and up for a challenge, we're eager to hear from you. Whoever you are.

Red hot rewards for red hot service
Salary starting from GBP16,500 pro rata per year, depending on your experience. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. We've got a host of amazing benefits, from our pension and life insurance to your shiny red Virgin Tribe discount card.

You'll be working 37.5 hours a week, between Monday and Sunday on a 6 week rota,which means you'll get time off during the week when everyone else is at work!!

Contract: Permanent and Temporary contracts available, Full Time
