Technical Trainer

An interim role has arisen for one of our manufacturing clients based near Runcorn. This role is to cover secondment until the end of the year and we are looking for a strong Technical Trainer to join this fast paced business with an immediate start,

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role is very autonomous and will be a very hands on training role to incorporate the following:
??Analysis of training needs across all business areas,
??To design and deliver engaging and interactive training programmes to support all learning
??Delivering of wide range of training modules across inductions, the manufacturing plant, health & safety, and internal divisions.
??Maintenance of training data, records and designing of matrix's
??A wide mix of both face to face interactive training and also the design and delivery of online training tools
??The review and updating of current training processes
??Contribute to the on-going development and maintenance of electronic training software
??Interact, influence, engage, coach and guide

To be considered:
You will have a strong background in TNA, Design and delivery, ideally within a blue collar environment
You will be advanced in Excel use and the design of training matrix
You will be immediately available
