Learning Disability & Mental Health Delivery Lead required to deliver a range of support to people with Learning Disability and Mental Health support needs, including highly specialist services for people with specific needs such as forensic histories, behaviour which challenges others and those who have experienced trauma. The organisation is beginning an exciting and ambitious programme to design and deliver bespoke support to people who have been treated in restrictive settings such as secure Assessment and Treatment wards or residential services, as defined under the National Transforming Care programme definition. This role has been developed to lead the delivery of these specialist services and provide a consistent organisational approach to delivering specialist support. The purpose of this role will be; Work in partnership with the Development Lead (Transforming Care) and other colleagues to bring creative, person centred design thinking to enable individual support to be developed . Lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of highly specialist support for people falling under the 'Transforming Care' criteria . Work positively with operational stakeholders across the system , Acute , CCG and other 3rd sector organisations . You will be required to have Demonstrable complex service management experience , leading teams and managing resources in a Health or Social Care setting Experience of design-thinking or designing new and innovative services .Growing services that deliver high quality support and tangible outcomes .Designing and developing practice and team culture Working with families and people with lived experience to embed co-production. Experience of leading services which support people with multiple and complex needs, specifically autism or learning disability needs would be ideal.
