Inclusion Teaching Assistant

30 hours per week, Term Time only. 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. including unpaid breaks

Grade 5 - Actual salary pro rata for hours and weeks worked is GBP11,971 rising to GBP12,627 by incremental progression.

Start date: April 17th or as soon as possible thereafter.

Job Purpose:
- To provide learning support for pupils who may have multiple and complex behavior barriers to learning
- To support the teacher, who is the Inclusion Coordinator, deliver bespoke one-to-one and small group lessons.
- To provide occasional support for other pupils who are completing their learning the Isolation Classroom.

Can you work with pupils who have mild behavioral or emotional difficulties? Are you resourceful and able to challenge and motivate pupils finding it difficult to make progress and achieve in their learning?
