A unique FMCG company is looking for driven, dynamic and personable Supply Chain Manager for one of their growing offices in London. This is an all-encompassing role managing the end-to-end Supply Chain; primarily involving demand planning, supply planning, 3PL management and interfacing with the European arm of the supply chain. The successful individual will manage a team of 5 customer centric supply chain professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the end-to-end supply chain from planning and purchasing through to OTIF delivery and in the UK
* Leading and managing the supply chain team
* Demand planning and forecasting for the main UK Retailers
* Increase OTIF levels and optimise inventory across the network
* Helping to set strategic direction for distribution across the UK and delivering business plan
* Interfacing with the manufacturing, 3PL and Warehouses based in Germany
* Setting the best practice in supply chain in the region
* Continuous improvement regarding systems and potential systems implementation
* Delivering financial P&L and inventory results in line with company objectives, including freight cost savings, delivery and installation savings
* Liaising with suppliers and Head Office in Europe

Key Skills:

* Degree Educated or equivalent
* A strong understanding of Retail/FMCG supply chain with at least 5 years+ FMCG supply chain experience
* Line management experience of direct teams and distributors
* International experience across Europe
* SAP experience is desirable
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Customer focused - experience of working collaboratively with key retail customers
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages including German is an advantage
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
