We are a Gas Service , Installation and Maintenance Company based in Queenlie Industrial Estate Glasgow.
We are currently looking to reruit a Bookkeeper to assist our Finance Director with all matters relating to Finance.
Suitable candidate must have relevant experience in accounting , administration and good working Knowledge of SAGE Line 50. Candidates should have a previous employment record within a similar role.
You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties :
Ensuring the Finance function is efficiently managed
Managing all accounting duties utilising Sage and Excel
Produce weekly accurate reports on cashflow and sales etc...
Complete VAT returns
Complete Sub Contractor Online HMRC Returns
PAYE Reconciliation and Returns
Overseeing all aspects of Purchase and Sales Ledger
Undertake such other resasonable duties consistent withe the scope and purpose of the post as may be instructed by the Finance Director
