Hampton School Trust is seeking to appoint a well-qualified Facilities Manager who will be expected to demonstrate excellent knowledge across facilities management including the delivery of cost effective and efficient maintenance and strong team management skills. The Trust benefits from impressive facilities across four sites, including a Boat House on the River Thames.

As part of the Bursary team, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for the line management of in-house maintenance, keepers, porters and cleaning teams and will have responsibility for all aspects of contract management, property and premises management and repairs. Proven experience is essential in the management of external maintenance contractors to ensure value for money is achieved, scopes of work are accurate, works are delivered on time and within budget and statutory testing and compliance is met.
