Recruitment and HR Manager
Our client a Fintech SME going through a period of growth is looking for an HR and Recruitment Manager. Based in the City of London and reporting into the CEO, the ideal person will take the lead for all recruitment and HR within the organisation
HR duties will include Employee relations, Appraisal management, ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date, maintaining staff information and administering benefits.
Recruitment responsibilities will include managing recruitment projects from brief through to delivery across all departments, tracking agency spend, developing productivity metrics and on-boarding new starters.
The ideal candidate will come from a start-up, Fintech or high growth fast pace organisation. Previous recruitment experience from a recruitment consultancy is preferred. Strong communication skills both verbal and written is essential as is ability to work in a highly organised and target driven environment. Ability to work in a stand-alone position is essential.
