Regional / Area Manager West Yorkshire GBP50,000+ Car + Commission + Package This an opportunity for a passionate individual to work as a Regional Manager for a medium sized recruitment agency. Our client is an established recruitment business with an instantly recognisable brand. They operate within the Commercial, Industrial, Technical and Construction markets. They have a branch network complemented by a large number of onsite operations. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional / Area Manager to join the team to manage the day to day running of a local area. Reporting to the board of directors you will be responsible for: • The day to day management of a large team of branch managers and recruitment personnel • Reviews, appraisals, one to one meetings • P&L's • Setting objectives and managing the sales process for the region. • Managing client relationships and ensuring that service delivery agreements are understood by the team. • Autonomous decision making • Client management • Interviewing and hiring consultants and management for the branches • Multi-site management To succeed in this role, you will be personable, approachable, capable, ambitious and a people person.
