HR Officer PT

Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering a reputable organisation in their search for a field based HR Advisor on a part time basis (24 hours a week, across 4 days and Fridays are a must). This role offers flexible working and working from home however the main office is based in Chippenham.

In this role you will cover all Generalist HR plus support Managers around ER issues and complex caseloads which you will take full ownership of. Candidates will need proven experience within an HR Advisory role.

Experience in TUPE would be highly desirable but not essential.

Please note - Travel will be required in this role throughout the South West region, however candidates will ideally be based in Gloucestershire.

The salary on offer is GBP26k FTE + a car allowance and great benefits package.
