Research and Insights Manager, Maidenhead -
Reporting to the Marketing Director this is an excellent opportunity for a talented Research and Insights Specialist to manage the delivery and development of the organisations' research and proposition activities.
This is a key role that will support the operational and strategic goals of the organisation by bringing to life the voice of both the customer and the market, as well as meeting their needs by identifying, validating and defining the products and services they desire.
The Research and Insights Manager will be tasked with keeping their finger on the pulse within relevant markets and will leverage relevant market information to derive actionable insights. As a key stakeholder when defining the product strategy the job holder will conduct research projects, project manage research programmes, engage with industry expertise where appropriate, formulate recommendations based on research findings, and work with key stakeholders to translate insight into commercial success.
This role requires a degree educated (or equivalent) individual with experience of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and project management, as well as proposition development and NPD experience. With a proven ability to synthesise data from multiple sources, the post holder will also need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation.
This role could suit a research and insights professional already at management level or someone with the relevant skills and experience that is keen to take a step up into a more senior role.
