Premises Manager

JOB TITLE: Premises Manager 

Salary: NJC Grade 5. £20,661- £22,658 pa

Working pattern: 37 hours per week

Contract term: Permanent

Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55 2ER (M1 J28)

The role:
This post holder is responsible for the school's grounds, buildings, contractors working on site and all aspects of maintenance.  You will be accountable for a small site team and your duties will be to ensure that the site is well maintained, safe, secure and to oversee mini-bus arrangements.

The Person:
We are looking to appoint someone with experience of managing people in a facilities or premises management role.  Previous experience of working within a school, whilst advantageous, is not essential, as we are seeking to appoint someone with the right experience who is committed to our ethos of achieving the highest standards possible within their profession.
