Individual Giving Manager

**Location for this role can be flexible and there are London and Bristol offices available.** A fantastic health charity is looking for an Individual Giving Manager to join their team! You will manage a small team of officers and will focus on campaigns across a variety of channels, such as digital and face to face. You will also work closely with the Head of IG with the overall strategy and growth of the IG programme. This is a perfect role for someone looking to step up into management!Key Responsibilities:- To develop and grow the Individual Strategy, looking at things such as ROI and new fundraising methods - To work with your team to continually create and project manage fundraising campaigns - To work across different teams to ensure all donor stewardship plans are of the highest quality The Candidate:- Must have experience within direct marketing or individual giving- Must have experience managing external agencies- Must have experience using data analysis to improve and develop campaigns If this sounds like a role you would like to hear more on please get in touch ASAP!
