80-strong premier Structural Engineers based in South Hertfordshire has a requirement for a Principal-level Structural Engineer to join one of its teams as it continues to grow.
Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have extensive structural engineering design, project and team-running experience and will be positioned just below the Associate. They should be highly skilled in the design of residential "design & build" projects and be commercial.
Current workload includes several large new-build RC-framed and load-bearing masonry structures with project values up to GBP150million (many being phased developments). Additionally, they also have projects in private residential, leisure, commercial, mixed-use and education sectors in both new-build and refurbishment sectors.
