Care Coordinator

I am currently recruiting for a care coordinator to join a residential service based in Chadwell heath, Romford.

The company which currently has a GOOD CQC report, has provided care and support to elderly residents for over 35 years.

Your role will involve you carrying out staff supervisions, weekly auditing, ensure the residents are comfortable and administer medication.

Due to the nature of this role we would need for you to have experience working within residential services, knowledge of elderly clients, be able to handle and administer medication and have worked as a senior before.
