Quality & Learning Lead: Classroom-Based Learning

22 hours per week - Permanent

Salary - GBP per annum (GBP.62 pro rata )

Location - Town Centre Campus, Rotherham College

The RNN Group is seeking a Quality & Learning Lead to work as part of the Quality Improvement Team on classroom-based learning provision. This role will join an established Quality team and will be based at the Rotherham Town Centre Campus, however will require regular travel to all RNN Group College sites. Working days are proposed to be Tuesday - Thursday, however some flexibility may be required on occasion.

Suitable candidates will hold a relevant teaching qualification and should demonstrate an outstanding track record in their own teaching practice over recent years. Experience in conducting lesson observations, designing and delivering professional development and an in-depth knowledge of the Common Inspection Framework are required.

The successful candidate will lead on quality initiatives designed to equip staff with the skills and confidence to ensure the student learning experience is within the highest possible qualities of provision.

Candidates should be committed to improving standards and performance, be adept in inspiring and providing critical feedback and support to others, be an effective and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives. Candidates should be able to demonstrate within their application why they feel they have the qualities and experience to succeed in the role.
