Due to growth at our School and Residential units that include care services to children and young adults with complex learning difficulties we are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help find new members for our growing team.
Based in Surrey with a number of sites we offer safe creative learning and living environments for children and young adults with complex learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, autism and global developmental delay. Twice winners of The Teacher of the Year Award (Excellence in Special Needs Teaching - East Midlands Region), we are committed to providing excellent teaching and continuity of service to very vulnerable young people for whom drastic change is overwhelming.
Working alongside our Lead Recruitment Advisor you will be joining a great team working alongside the rest of the organisation. Your new job will include placing adverts and responding to suitable applicants as well as giving sometimes difficult feedback. The role includes providing a pre-screen short list of suitable candidates for various roles.
It's a fast paced office and we can be looking for up to 30 positions across our sites at any one time ranging from anything including Residential Support Workers, SEN Teachers to General Maintenance and Facilities members.
You also get to work alongside department heads organising and providing support for interviews and managing the interview outcome.
There is an element of compliance with the role, gathering administrative information for our Compliance team to process.
Ideally we are after somebody with knowledge of recruitment and the sector we operate in. Somebody with an office based care role would fit in nicely if they can show understanding of the recruitment process. There's a lot of CV searching so attention to detail is paramount and great Admin skills would be ideal.
For this role we do require....
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of Care or Educational needs.
Driver with own vehicle for site visits.
