I am seeking a competent project manager with a proven background supporting clients with a mental health diagnosis to work within a GOOD rated residential service in Stoke-On-Trent.

You will join a charity organisation who are considered to be one of the leading players within the health and social care sector and have a great reputation for the delivery of person centred care and support.

Employed on a full time, permanent basis, you will work be based within a specialised mental health recovery service and work closely with a highly experienced management team.

You will lead a team of skilled, experienced and focused recovery support workers to deliver person centred care and support whilst promoting recovery and rehabilitation for adults with enduring mental health needs.

You will be required to work a varied shift pattern which will include weekend working, as well as late and early shifts. From time to time you may be required to work the sleep in rota

As with all management roles, you must be committed to sharing the "on call" rota.

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled mental health practitioner who can demonstrate a passion for making a difference to the lives of the people in their care and who is looking to continue to grow and develop within a managerial role.

To be considered for this exciting project manager opportunity, you must be qualified to QCF level 3 in health and social care, as a minimum and be either working towards or willing to work towards the QCF level 5 in leadership and management.

It is essential that you can demonstrate significant experience of supporting people with mental health needs, as well as team leading and supervising a team.

In return for your extensive skills and experience, you will receive a competitive salary up to £27091 as well as a generous annual leave allowance.
