Now, we’re looking for a Training Course Developer to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract and further enhance our training offering.

The Role: 

As a Training Course Developer, you’ll design and develop high-quality training products for our global training business. 

In this varied role, you’ll create engaging content that covers all methods of training delivery, including instructor-led training, blended learning, eLearning and distance learning. 

Reporting to the Global Training Development Manager, you’ll: 

- Create interesting content that successfully achieves the identified learning outcomes 
- Design and develop courses using instructional design concepts and learning methodologies 
- Project manage subject matter experts to identify target audiences and set clear objectives 
- Design session plans, write storyboards, create content, compile scripts and select assessment methods 
- Ensure that content is well structured, engaging, interactive and pitched at the appropriate level 
- Make sure that accredited courses are designed and developed according to certified body requirements 
- Recommend new course design solutions, development methods and delivery styles 

About You: 

To join us as a Training Course Developer, you’ll need: 

- Strong administration and co-ordination experience 
- The ability to pick things up quickly 
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word 
- Strong communication skills 

Your experience will ideally come from a training background, but this is not essential. It would also be beneficial if you were able to read a standard, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 or OHSAS 18001, and understand its purpose, structure and key requirements.
