POSITION: Demi Chef de Partie

SALARY PACKAGE: GBP25,500 per annum (from April)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We would like our Demi Chef de Partie to:

??Manage a section of the kitchen with the supervision of the Head Chef.

??Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld

??Keeping your section clean and organised

??Detailed knowledge of the menu

??Develop and train junior members of the brigade

THE SUCCESSFUL DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE:

??Will have at least 1 years' experience at the level of application- Demi Chef de Partie

??Experience working with a fresh and seasonal food

??Enjoys working in a very busy environment

??Excellent communicator
