We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to work as part of an exciting project within a large national company established in Worcester. You will be working for a household name with real national presence - you've definitely heard of this company!
This is a diverse role which will see you communicating with current customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries regarding their accounts so you'll need great listening skills. You will be managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs. You will also work to ensure all procedures are carried out with our regulatory commitment, all whilst working with our customers best interests at heart.
We're looking for candidates with great communication skills, and a problem solving attitude. If you're resilient and confident then we'd love to hear from you.
You will be working shift patterns, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 12 noon - 8pm changing on a weekly rotation. The company is easily accessible by public transport, and offer free parking for those who drive into work.
