Housing Support Worker
26 hours per week £18,579 – £20,706 per annum (£13,056 – £14,550 actual)
North Staffs Mind is an independent charity, committed to providing the highest possible quality and diversity of services for people experiencing mental health difficulties. We are currently looking to appoint one worker to join our Housing Team, providing support both to tenants of our small group homes and self-contained units and floating support to service users who live independently of North Staffs Mind.
We are looking for an energetic and flexible person with good listening skills and an ability to form supportive relationships with tenants and external service users. Previous experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential as is an ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team. You will also need to have experience of working within a supported housing environment.
