Assistive Technology Marketing Officer

Salary Band D, £20,661 - £23,398 per annum

We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills who will be an effective member of the housing support service. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to completing their work along with the ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of the team. We are looking for someone with a detailed knowledge of assistive technology solutions and the confidence to market the service solutions to potential customers and stakeholders, including those in the voluntary sector.

We are keen to build on the positive direction of travel of our Assistive Technology service and refresh the marketing plan and the successful candidate will play a key role in terms of developing and delivering the service.  The ability to collect and analyse feedback and performance data to inform future service recommendations is also essential.

As a team Housing Management focuses on delivering high quality service and the successful candidate must be confident in dealing with a varied range of customers both over the telephone and face to face and able to provide clear advice to customers, which will sometime be of a complex nature as the role is the initial point of customer contact for the Assistive Technology service.
