Registered Children's Manager

A family friendly homely company based in Walthamstow east London is currently recruiting for a manager to manage their children`s service.

The home can hold 3 children max, currently has 1 male and 1 female. It was established over 8 years ago and has been a pinnacle in the East London area assisting children in need who are placed in their care.

They currently have a GOOD Ofsted rating

The aim of your role will be to improve the lives of vulnerable children placed within the home. The children have challenging behaviour, with the female going through CSE will work alongside and manage staff members who have the same goals, passion and aspirations as yourself in helping the vulnerable.

Due to the speciality of the role we would need for you to have a strong background and understanding of children with challenging behaviour, emotional behaviour disorders including CSE, a strong knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding and experience in managing a similar service.
