Our client is an award winning & thriving International Plc based in Central London who require a dynamic Qube Horizon Project Manager (Property/Real Estate) to manage an upgrade to the latest version of Qube Horizon. Based in their prestigious HQ this exciting opportunity requires candidates from a Plc/Blue-chip background.
The Role as Qube Horizon Project Manager (Property/Real Estate)
The client is seeking to upgrade their property management system (Qube Horizon) and requires a strong Project Manager to manage the following;
* Qube Upgrade
* GDPR system compliance
* Update/define roles and responsibilities within the system
* Manage a team of BA's, Developers & Administrators
* Liaise with 3 rd parties
* Oversee the process mapping of the system AS-IS/TO-BE
* Data extraction improvement/visualisation
The Qube Horizon Project Manager (Property/Real Estate) Candidate:
The client is seeking somebody who is dynamic, engaging, has strong stakeholder management skills, is self-motivated and can work independently. In addition to excellent communication skills (written/verbal), you must have PM Gravitas and be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience of Qube Horizon - either an upgrade or implementation/migration
* Proven experience of working as project manager on projects from inception to completion
* Knowledge of suitable planning tools such as MS Project/Excel
* Ability to interact with senior Level stakeholders confidently
* Ability to work within an agile and PMO framework
* Experience of multiple project disciplines with some experience of projects which have a physical installation element into the build environment
* Ability to work autonomously and think creatively
* Ability to have impact and influence with senior decision makers with proven track record of influencing project teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills (internal/external)
* Process oriented thinking with a strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
