£18,514 plus Fantastic OTE

About the Retention Advisor role
Due to recent expansion they have a limited number of vacancies for renewals advisors working in their Stockport office, where you will be speaking to existing customers and taking them through their annual insurance renewal and incredible rewards they offer their members.

What they’re looking for in their Retention Advisor

You will be exclusively dealing with warm calls to existing customers. Previous Sales, Retentions, Telemarketing, Lead Generation or targeted Customer Service experience is preferred but not essential.
