Interim HR Manager
Slimbridge Wetland Centre, Gloucestershire or Home Based
Circa £30,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (Flexible working patterns will be considered)
9 Month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover)
An exciting opportunity is available to an HR professional who relishes developing line managers, continuously improving the employment offer and making change happen.
This role offers an experienced HR generalist the opportunity to build effective partnering relationships with stakeholders, to deliver a first class HR service, promote best practice and support managers to deliver people solutions within a designated area of responsibility. As a member of a respected HR team, you will play a key role in implementing specific projects and initiatives from inception through to delivery. Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified and of graduate calibre, with the ability to influence and promote change through a positive and engaging style. The role is for a fixed term, expected to be for a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave. It will require regular (not frequent) travel to other sites, mainly in the north of the England, Scotland and Northern Ireland which will, at times, entail overnight stays.
