A fantastic opportunity has arisen and we are currently looking for a Finance Co-Ordinator to join a local, successful creative design company.

The Role

Assist with the undertaking of related accounts administration and to support the Finance Manager in delivering efficient financial management.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

•Administrative tasks, including accounts payable and receivable

•Collating budget expenditure information

•Perform payroll duties, such as: recording weekly timesheets, holidays and sickness.

•Research and analysis of new suppliers

•Purchase and Sales ledger

•Assist with general office and administrative duties, such as: assisting with weekly reconciliation, monitor phone bills, energy costs, reconcile cash and credit card receipts and meet and greet visitors.

 

We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

•Accounts experience

•Self-motivated and the ability to use own initiative when working alone

•Organisational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work

•IT and numeracy skills including Microsoft Office

•Excellent time management, problem solving and analytical skills

•Excellent interpersonal skills, in person, on the phone and in writing

•To work with discretion on personal and confidential matters

•Adaptable and flexible
