What does the role entail?

As a Resolutions Advisor you will be taking inbound calls from existing customers. You will take details of their complaint and investigate the history, working collaboratively to resolve the issue. You will handle a range of different calls and will therefore need to be flexible in your approach in order to deliver a personable and authentic customer experience. You will need to be empathetic towards the customers concerns and reassure the customer their problem will be rectified as effectively and efficiently as possible.

What skills do you need?

You will ideally come from a highly focused customer service, sales or complaints background, however this is not as essential. You will possess an investigative and problem solving nature. You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability empathise and reassure them. You possess a good understanding of working in a regulated environment, and preferably have previous contact centre experience. You have a passion to deliver a first-class customer service and an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, targeted environment. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task and naturally have great team spirit! A desire to progress your career is certainly welcomed.
