Our client is one of the largest banks in the world. It is a successful, multinational bank and financial services company which specialises in Investment solutions and Corporate and Institutional banking. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Performance Manager for a 6 Month contract based in London.
Purpose of the Role:
The Performance Manager of the Shared Service Centre (SSC) is responsible for defining the SSC strategy in collaboration with the Heads of SSC, deploying and ensuring compliance to the standard Governance framework, implementing the SSC performance framework, the SSC communication and key reporting and ensuring all SSCs operate in a consistent and robust way.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Putting effective strategies in place
- Performance management, in particular Financial management
- Governance implementation
- implementing consistent and efficient Service Agreements
- Implementing a re-invoicing mechanism
In order to be successful in this role you will have possess all or some of the below criteria:
- Performance manager background across IT shared service centres
- Programme Manager background would be an alternative
- Strong finance background
