Role/Project

An opportunity has arisen within the Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Team, at our London based Head Office.

Working alongside other Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will need to be able attract top talent with efficiency across multiple channels and work within a fast-paced company which is growing rapidly.

You will support and manage the recruitment process with Hiring Managers across key departments, playing an integral part in pro-actively sourcing talent for live and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Hiring Managers, build and deliver talent research, sourcing campaigns, and establish a network of potential candidates.
  • Ability to source and attract candidates through a variety of search resources including Social Media & Talent Pool.
  • Evaluate and screen potential candidates to assess their fit with the companies' requirements.
  • Responsible for the initial point contact for candidates and then ensuring a positive experience and smooth hand over to the hiring manager.
  • Record, maintain and track candidate activities in the tracking system.
  • Track, analyse and share sourcing pipeline activity and updates with team members.
  • Stay current on external recruiting and hiring trends to influence sourcing, candidate selection, and company targeting.
  • Contribute to candidate coordination and other ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects where necessary.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in an in-house recruitment or agency environment, with a focus on volume/campaign recruitment across multiple functional specialisms, geographies and levels.
  • Experienced in all elements of recruiting process including: candidate attraction, candidate qualifying, networking, assessing, & stakeholder management.
  • Proven creative ability in developing and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Effective capability in direct sourcing including ability to use search strings (eg Boolean) to search LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Understanding of wider recruitment related areas including metrics, branding, diversity, talent mobility, social media & workforce planning.
  • Experience of working in a face-paced ever-changing environment.
