Trust Housing Association Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Care & Support Worker to work with colleagues across different services to ensure that customers receive the support and personal care identified in individual care plans.
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as a Mobile Care & Support Worker we will offer you:
- Competitive hourly rate of £8.98 (3% increase from 1st April)
- Guaranteed 16 hours per week
- Hours of work between 7am and 11pm (sleepover duties may be required)

Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities, we also provide housing for families and individuals.
As a Care & Support Worker you’ll make it possible for tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they’re able. The post will be based from our development at Galashiels and you will be required to work across several of our sites within an agreed radius for example Chirnside & Lauder so you must have your own transport.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these.
An appropriate qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to commit to achieve this qualification in order to comply with the registration requirements of the SSSC.
