Ashley Kate HR are partnering a health care business who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a full time and permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor from the NHS or healthcare sector. The role is fairly generalist with a slant towards Employee Relations and as such, we require HR Advisor's with solid Employment Law knowledge.

HR Advisor role responsibilities:
??Coach/ develop line managers in accordance with best practice
??First port of call for HR queries
??Manage full cycle employee relations cases
??Work closely with Senior Managers and Partners in relation to HR initiatives

HR Advisor person characteristics:
??Strong willed, confident and assertive
??Professional in approach
??Confident with coaching
??Hands on
??Ideally CIPD Qualified
??Ideally from a Healthcare / NHS background
