Finance Business Partner

Your new company - a prestigious arts organisation based in Central London is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their evolving finance function. Your new role - the Finance Business Partner is a crucial role and will work very closely with the Research Finance team. This is a growing area of the organisation and is expected to double over the next year as part of exciting growth plans. You will be working directly with budget holders / project owners and Heads of Department and will manage all aspects of their management accounting and financial planning services, providing financial information, analysis, and reporting which informs, influences and supports decision making. What you'll need to succeed - You will be a qualified accountant with proven business partnering experience. Personality is key, you must be able to build and develop relationships with colleagues outside of finance and be able to communicate information effectively. A commercial outlook is crucial as this is a profit making area of the organisation. You will ideally have experience working within Higher Education OR research finance.
