A renowned not-for-profit housing association providing and maintaining quality homes in eight local authority areas across the counties of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, with housing stock of over 9000 homes includes general needs housing, temporary accommodation for homeless people, Retirement Living and Flexicare housing for people with care needs.

Description

L&D Administrator- Letchworth- Public Sector

  • Support managers with their learning and development requirements
  • Provide corporate induction information for new starters ensuring that they complete all mandatory training.
  • To assist with the coordination of the annual performance reviews and identify learning and development needs.
  • To assist the Organisational Development Consultant in providing an effective learning programme within NHH.
  • Monitor the training evaluation forms and to assist the Organisational Development Consultant to measure the outcome and effectiveness of training and provide statistical information on a quarterly basis.
  • To source appropriate external trainers and monitor the delivery of training.
  • To assist and review all Learning and Development related policies and procedures.
  • Input and maintain up to date and accurate HR and learning and development information on Documotive and on iTrent.
  • To be responsible for ordering training materials and supplies.
  • To assume responsibility for other tasks and projects which may arise or may be delegated from time to time
  • Profile

    A basic must!

    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to provide suitable admin support to Organisational Development Consultant and HR team.
    • Computer literacy - proficient in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel.
    • Able to work efficiently and deliver a high level of work
    • Positive 'can do' attitude

    Able to:

    • Maintain confidentiality in line with our policies
    • Manage multiple tasks
    • Respond professionally to requests for help from internal and external partners
