A well know and much loved asset & property management firm are looking to increase the expertise in their Birmingham office. They are looking for an associate level individual who has solid experience within the retail sector, specifically shopping centres. The business has offices throughout the country with Birmingham proving an extremely successful operation within the retail sector.
This role will involve direct client relationship management, advising and reporting, tenant applications, service charge budgeting, enhancing asset appearance and generally ensuring an excellent standard of managing the assets. You will have the assistance of junior property managers, facilities managers and client accountants.
